1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the CK44 platform — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or through the CK44 app — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents together form the entire agreement between you and CK44.

If you are using CK44 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf and that they are also bound by them.

2. Eligibility

To use CK44, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a commercial or professional gaming operation.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from CK44 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person for the purpose of gambling.

CK44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with our verification procedures.

3. Your Account

Each player may hold only one active CK44 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CK44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including CK44 staff, who will never ask for it.
• Enable OTP verification on your account to add a second layer of login security.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on CK44 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals through Philippine local bank transfers, online banking, and e-wallets including GCash and Maya. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as payment methods for betting deposits or withdrawals on this platform.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Before your first cashout, you must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a security requirement designed to protect you and all players on the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times outlined on the Withdrawal page.
• Funds must be returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit where possible.
• CK44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Any bonus or promotional funds are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were awarded.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on CK44 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, or slots — are final once confirmed. CK44 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In cases where a result is disputed or officially reversed after settlement, CK44 will review the situation and may adjust settlements accordingly. Live in-play betting results are based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted.

• CK44 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds or market descriptions.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These may vary by sport and competition.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer actions and certified random processes. Results are final.
• Slot game results are governed by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. No outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.

CK44 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or betting market. All gaming involves risk and past results do not indicate future performance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CK44 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Using stolen payment credentials or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

7. Security & KYC Verification

CK44 uses SSL encryption across all connections to protect your data in transit. OTP (One-Time Password) verification is supported for login sessions and sensitive account actions. These measures are in place to protect your account from unauthorised access.

As part of our KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS or UMID card).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name).
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation, if requested.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most accounts. CK44 may request updated documents if your personal information changes or if a periodic review is triggered. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CK44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, bets, or winnings resulting from platform downtime, connection failure, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform that you rely on at your own risk.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

In all cases, CK44's total liability to you shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

10. Changes to These Terms

CK44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using CK44 and contact us to close your account.
